Audrey is a self contained cottage nestled into our tree-lined gardens. With a private entrance and terrace in which to sit, the cottage also comes with an open plan fully-fitted kitchen and living room with TV, a separate bedroom with a king size bed plus TV and an ensuite bathroom.

Scarlett is a sumptuous manor suite encompassing a lounge, large bedroom with super comfy king size sleigh bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Located on the top floor of the manor house the room feels elegant and roomy and enjoys views over the gardens. The muted grey interiors are accented with scarlet red, of course.

Daphne is a large suite which feels like an apartment. In the living room you’ll find a comfortable sofa and TV and in the bedroom a super king size bed takes centre stage, which can be set as two twins if required with TV. Through the bedroom there’s a dressing area which leads up some steps into a large ensuite bathroom with an extra-large shower and a free-standing bath- perfect for an evening soak.

This large suite has its own private terrace and seating area and is accessed from our gardens. The elegant and spacious interiors feel modern and luxurious and the living room benefits from having a comfortable sofa and dining seating area plus TV. The large bright bedroom has a super king size bed and direct access to the sun terrace plus TV. The ensuite has twin sinks and a bath with an overhead shower.

Rebecca is an elegant and large suite with an impressive super king size four poster bed and lounge and dining seating area. From the bedroom through the French doors you have access to a paved private sun terrace, which catches the morning and late evening sun. The suite also has a modern ensuite bathroom with an extra deep bath- perfect for soaking in - and a large separate walk-in shower.

At the centre of Elizabeth is an impressive emperor sized white four poster bed with sumptuous bedding. The bedroom has attractive French doors which open out onto a private covered seating area which leads directly into our gardens and in the ensuite there’s a free standing bath with also a rainfall shower.

Elegant and romantic Joanna is tucked away and very private. You’ll enjoy sole use of a private courtyard and seating area during your stay, and in the bedroom the king size bed and soft linen will ensure you have a good night’s sleep. This secret hideout has a modern ensuite bathroom with an overhead shower and fresh, bright interiors.

Located on the top floor of the manor house, Louisa feels spacious and luxurious. The high sloping ceiling and chandelier adds character and the sleigh bed is inviting. Pretty window seats allow you to sit and enjoy views over the gardens, while the quirky large ensuite bathroom, set into the eaves of the 18th century property, includes a bath with an overhead shower.

Emily is spacious and characterful with a high sloping ceiling and fun modern artwork. The super king or twin bedded room located within the manor house has pretty garden views which can be enjoyed from the room's windows seats, and the large ensuite rainfall shower room is modern and light. The bed can be either a super king or a twin, depending on requirements.

This cosy double room has bags of character and is set within the eaves of the manor house. The sloping ceiling together with the low window feel from a bygone era. The room has a super comfy king sized bed, clean bright interiors and a cosy ensuite shower room.

This bright south-facing room is located next to Elizabeth on the second floor of the manor house and the rooms can be linked if required. Although one of our cosy rooms, Dorothy is modern and comfortable and makes the ideal retreat after a long day exploring. The ensuite walk in shower room is modern and clean and perfectly proportioned and the king size bed can be twinned if required.

Enid is a very cosy room with a double bed and small ensuite shower room. For one person it’s perfectly sized, the view out is of our rooftop, chimney stack and blue sky views. There’s also a TV, mini fridge and coffee machine.
